One of the things you will notice when you study Reformed Theology is that there are lot of Reformed Christians who will use the word sacraments in reference to the ordinances of the church, which are baptism and the Lord's Supper. I have always found it strange that protestants will use the word sacrament when that is something closely associated with the Roman Catholic church which have seven sacraments.
How are Christians really supposed to handle this situation? Should we call baptism and Lord's Supper sacraments or ordinances?
