Today marks the beginning of a bi-annual conference that place in Louisville, KY called Together for the Gospel (T4G). This conference has grown in attendance every year not just in those who are there,, but for those who watch it online. There are many resources that are available that includes past messages and music from T4G.
If you cannot attend the conference, which you are not alone, you can catch it on the live feed.

Sovereign Grace Music has released two albums, which were recorded live during T4G. These two albums feature Bob Kauflin, a piano, and thousands of voices singing praise to the Father:

I pray that you and I will benefit from T4G, whether we are in Louisville or watching it on our computer, smart phone, tablet, etc. I pray the speakers will make much of Jesus.
